My story, our story at BIRTZ, starts with that one word: impossible. Doctors told me there was no way I could have a family after everything I'd been through. But, 'Impossible' just lit a fire under me. I'm Irene, BIRTZ’s founder, and I knew there had to be another way.

I dove headfirst into research, collaborating with experts, and tuning into my body. I discovered the incredible power of nutrition and smart supplementation to boost resilience and, general, health. So, after years of research, including a university master’s in women’s nutrition, I developed a protocol that turned things around. I restored my hormonal health, energy levels and built my family, naturally, despite all odds.

As I understood the huge impact of reproductive health on overall health and wellbeing at every stage of life, sharing with other women what I had learnt became my obsession.
