Yes, we ship internationally within the EU territory. Otherwise, we can also ship to UK and Switzerland although special fees might apply.
Unfortunately, right now we are not able of shipping outside the EU, with the exceptions of UK and Switzerland.
We try to offer the best value shipping options to accommodate the customer needs as much as possible in terms of delivery speed, service and product’s care. The shipping costs depend on your place of residence but on average it is within a EUR 4.5 to EUR 8 range.
In case you want to return an order. You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt.
To initiate a return for your order, kindly send an email tour contact e-mail/form, including necessarily your order number and, if you want, the reason for the return.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to BIRTZ with all delivered accessories and in its original state and packaging. We will then refund the order’s amount due within 14 days after notification of your return provided the product has been received in good state.
For products where hygiene is important, such as supplements and edibles, products cannot be returned for health reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery. Products that have a limited shelf life (3 months or less to expiry date) cannot be returned either. If you have damaged or opened the packaging of your products, the return is invalid. Therefore, treat the product with care and make sure it is packed properly when you return it.
The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after the revocation. We will refund you using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
If you want to exchange your product, please contact us via the contact e-mail/form and we will assist you with the process. Please note that you will have to bear the cost of returning the product.

Subscribing to BIRTZ has several advantages such as discounts of your favorite product(s), bundled deals, information on your individual health and wellness goals and never running out of stock if you forget to replenish. Ciao mental load!
Managing your subscription is very easy: just login to your account with your email and password.
Once you’ve accessed your customer portal, click on “Manage subscriptions” to be able to change your delivery schedule, skip your next delivery, modify the products included in your subscription or simply cancel it.
If you have a subscription to BIRTZ products, you can cancel it at any time.
Cancellation will run from the very moment it is performed, meaning that you will only be able to cancel your subscription for the next scheduled payment. No cancellation is possible retroactively for payments already done.
